# SunCore

> SunCore is an independent website, app and AI integration studio based in Hermanus, Overberg, Western Cape, South Africa, serving clients across South Africa. It builds websites, custom apps and MCP server integrations around clients' existing systems.

Clients can collaborate remotely through online meetings, shared designs and working previews, with meeting times and milestones agreed together. Face-to-face meetings with clients in the Hermanus area can also be arranged.

SunCore offers website design and development, collaborative custom app development, and custom Model Context Protocol (MCP) server development. Customers can bring a rough idea; the process starts with understanding the problem and audience, then agreeing on scope, design, development milestones and a useful first version.

The AI integration service connects supported ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Grok apps, APIs and tools to software, data and workflows, with agreed access and permissions. General examples include customer records, stock and orders, business reporting, internal knowledge and approved actions. Each integration is assessed for system access and platform compatibility. Gemini API and supported business-tool connections can be assessed for South African clients; consumer Gemini custom apps currently have US and account restrictions.

SunCore offers value sharing, where its earnings can be linked to the value its work helps create. Fixed project fees and hourly work are also available. Suitability, measurement, responsibilities and commercial terms are agreed for each project. Value sharing does not automatically mean free development, zero upfront costs or equity. The pricing page's numerical example is illustrative, not a standard rate or quote.
