Your enquiry

When you submit the contact form, SunCore receives your name, email address, message, service selection, and any optional details you provide, including your cell number, company, website, timing, budget, and pricing preference. We use these details to respond and discuss your project. Please only share information needed to explain your enquiry.

Unsubmitted form entries stay in the current page and are cleared when you leave or refresh it. Your browser may retain its own autofill information.

Storage and email

Submitted enquiries are stored in Cloudflare D1 and emailed to SunCore through Resend. The receiving inbox is hosted by Google. These providers process information to host the website, protect the form, store enquiries, and deliver email. Processing may take place outside South Africa.

We retain enquiry records indefinitely to keep a history of conversations and potential projects. There is no automatic deletion schedule. You can use our contact form to ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you have submitted.

Spam protection and website tools

Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions to help prevent spam. Cloudflare processes technical information, including network and browser signals, for these checks and website security. We also limit repeated submission attempts. Service providers may process technical information needed to operate and protect their services.

Website analytics and your choices

Google Analytics 4 runs automatically when you visit this website, unless you have turned analytics off in this browser. There is no initial consent popup. We use analytics to count visits, understand which pages people use and where visits come from, and improve our website and services.

Google processes technical information about visits, including page activity and general device and browser information, and uses cookies to distinguish browsers and sessions. Processing may take place outside South Africa. Our tracking sends page titles and known page addresses without query strings or fragments. It does not send contact-form contents, names, email addresses, cell numbers, or enquiry references. Advertising features are disabled.

You can opt out at any time: open “Analytics settings” in the footer and select “Turn off analytics”. This stops further analytics collection in this browser and removes this site's Analytics cookies; it does not remove data already received by Google. The website and contact form continue to work. You can turn analytics back on using the same settings. Previous choices to decline analytics are still respected.

Your preference is saved in this browser until you change it or clear the site's browser storage. It does not apply to other browsers or devices. Clearing browser storage restores automatic analytics. If browser storage is unavailable, your choice lasts for the current visit. Analytics cookies have a 180-day expiry that can be renewed during use.
